Shipping

All shipments are sent using UPS (United Parcel Service), which provides tracking for your shipment. Click here to check your order status and tracking information.

Please use only a physical location for your mailing address. Do NOT use a P.O. Box for your order.

During summer months and when shipping to warmer climates some items may melt in transit. We do not insure for heat damage with UPS and damage due to melting is not covered. By placing your this order, you assume the responsibility for the items contained in the shipment. If you select UPS Ground for shipments it can take from 1 to 7 business days to receive your order depending on the distance from Massachusetts. If you have a concern about an item melting, please call us at 508-995-4556 before placing your order.

Returns

Our products are perishable/consumable items and are not returnable.
